A highly visible mixed-use development in the Miami Design District, Museum Garage required innovative HVAC engineering to integrate seamlessly with the building’s bold architectural identity. Coltec provided the design and installation of ventilation, exhaust, and air-conditioning systems across retail bays, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
