The Wolfson 3000 Renovation involved upgrading legacy mechanical infrastructure across an active downtown campus building. Coltec executed the work in carefully sequenced phases to maintain academic operations, introducing efficient new air handlers, controls, and distribution to reduce energy use and improve comfort.
