Multi-phase HVAC design-build supporting campus expansion for a growing charter school.
Across two phases, Coltec engineered and installed the mechanical systems for the growing Mater Lakes Academy campus. The work covered new classroom buildings and administrative wings with consistent indoor comfort, high-efficiency cooling, and a flexible controls platform ready for future expansion.
